Instead of shelling that hard-boiled egg by crinkling off pieces until you're either frustrated beyond belief or have a few dozen to do, maybe there's an easier way?
If you're expecting a party soon and those deviled eggs are on your list, you may loathe the upcoming task of shelling a bunch of boiled eggs
in preparation of that egg tray. What if you could just cut one end off those eggs, give the opposite end a nice blow (like into a blowgun or drinking straw, heh), and have a wonderful, shell-free eggs come out the end you just removed?
Do this two or three times and my guess is that you could have neat, shell-free hard-boiled eggs by the dozen within 120 seconds or so, if you can keep your breathing power up. See the video below for a demo. Very cool props here for those holiday meal preps.
