There are all sorts of gas saving devices on the market. Many of them have some impact, while others are complete scams offering no fuel economy benefit and even damaging your engine. Not strictly gas mileage related, but the best way to help the
environment in regards to your car is to drive less.

Driving less would definitely help saving gas and preserve the environment, driving under 60 Mph also saves quite a lot of gas.
