I don't know one person that doesn't have stress on a daily basis. Your day can be going fine and then, wham, something comes up that makes you ball your fists in anger, and you have nothing to take that anger out on. The kids, the spouse and the pets do not qualify! In times of stress, it helps to have your very own homemade stress balls on hand. The first stress ball is cornstarch inside a balloon. The cornstarch stress ball would be great for kids. The ball will help strengthen their fingers and relieve some of the stress they are under too. The second ball is made from a few balloons and a dough mix of cream of tartar, water, salt, flour and oil. Perfect for adult fingers that really need to grip tightly and knead with determination.
Homemade stress balls are perfect for those on a limited budget. $3 a pop at the dollar store doesn't seem like much, but if you need more than one, that really adds up. Being a true DIYer at heart means that you will forget about buying a stress ball and have fun making and decorating your own. Squeeze the ball to your heart's content; it is the only way you can legitimately kill your boss.
