Sure, you can enjoy leftover cranberry jelly or sauce in turkey sandwiches. Or how about trying something new in the days following this year's Thanksgiving? Here are a few ideas to get you thinking:

1. Stir into tuna salad and serve in sandwiches or on toast.

2. Spoon onto your breakfast cereal or a steaming bowl of oatmeal.

3. Blend into fresh homemade vinaigrette or a creamy salad dressing.

4. Impress your friends/relatives with cream cheese pastry appetizers.

5. Use as a filling for luscious stuffed French toast.

6. Whip up a batch of Morning After Muffins.

7. Pep up roasted acorn squash. Just add spoonfuls to the cavities of squash halfway through the roasting process.

8. Mix your guests some smooth cranberry cocktails.

9. Serve slices of cranberry relish cake with freshly brewed coffee.

10. Drop a fruity spoonful or two onto a bowl of ice cream.

11. For fewer calories, make a smoothie with fresh cut fruit and a generous dollop of cranberry sauce.

12. Can't eat one more bite? Feed chunky cranberry sauce to the wild birds in your yard. Just rinse the sauce away and toss the berries onto the ground or a feeding platform.
