A nicely presented clip. But most people will be working with traditional pop up assemblies ... Most will be unfamiliar with the fancy valve, because most are duals and hook up to the wall. Why not show the older versions as default siince normally repairs are made to older systems?

Showing the sink standing alone is a great help ....

    Overall a good clip ...

OH GOSH, he made it look so easy. Each time I have had to do this, the lav. was still attached to the wall..... A better solution would be....... make the connections be lower to the floor .

I'm no expert, but every time I watch this guy it confirms my belief that I know more than he does...Hot water is on the left...cold on the right....Does anybody edit these videos or are they just looking for a pretty boy with a truck to lure dumb blondes

Well, all you have to do, is have the place you buy the Sink and faucet , install the faucet for you ..
That's what Lowes did for us? Brought it home with the Stainless Steel lines dangling , ready to hook up to the water lines.. It was a Snap!

Eric doesn't even know which side is the cold water. Hot on the left, cold on the right, DWV (drain waste vent) in the middle.
Anyone can be a plumber. Just follow his advise. The work you will create for a real plumber will create more jobs than Obama could dream about. LOL

Such an a_ _. Simplistic DIY crap that is embarassing. Not worth the time to watch.

OMG I've been a plumber over 30 years and nothing is as easy as this guy says. Try making all those connections while the sink is in place and when you kink the supplies and have no water pressure what then. The sink he is showing is one of the hardest to install. I have taken as much as 2 to 3 hours to hook up this type of sink and I can do it with eyes closed.

I agree with Stan the Plumber - NOTHING is as easy as these guys or other DIY books make it seem. It's always a lot more complicated in reality.

First he needed to say that the water needs to be turned off. what if there are no cut off valves on the water lines? If you do not know how to cut the water off the rest is useless. Nothing is that simple. I have replaced faucets throughout my home and rarely do things go that easy. If you don't know what you are doing "CALL A PLUMBER!"

Of course the plumbers do not like this guy, they prefer ignorant people as easy target for their fees.

How about showing people how to remove the old fixture that has been there for over 20 years and all the connecting parts have become welded together with age. Try using your little wrench to get that off..
