Bomb Pop 3
All the blue and three rows of white, with the yarn tails tied off and the stuffing inside. Note that the stuffing is a little uneven just below where the two colors meet. To remedy this, add very small amounts of stuffing at a time, try to distribute them evenly, and don't overstuff.
