Sleeve and jacket from old computer parts
Here's the completed project. Just trim off one edge of an old five inch floppy disc and the five inch keyboard circuit sheet sleeve will fit nicely. Orient the opening in the sleeve toward the top or back of the disc and your CD or DVD will not fall out accidentally.
