Grassy wings

This seems to be a wire armature with botanicals applied to it: I'm not sure, but I think the greenery may be eyelash or fun-fur yarn. You can definitely see some kind of raffia or dried grasses in the center of the wings, too. From http://www.flickr.com/photos/michellew/145314377/
