Add the capacitors

6. Add the tantalum capacitor and the electrolytic capacitor. Orientation DOES matter. Make sure the black stripe of the electrolytic capacitor faces the edge of the board and connects to the large copper fill area (the ground plane). Similarly, the short leg of the tantalum capacitor should connect to the ground plane.
