A display for Boys' Day in Japan, renamed Children's Day about 60 years ago but still often celebrated mostly for boys. Some of the traditional accoutrements here are the central samurai helmet, and the koinobori (fish kite) hanging on the right. http://www.flickr.com/photos/nori_n/485103105/
