Construction Chronicles: Rain barrels redux -- hard piping the discharge line.

I used all 3/4" fittings -- pipe, valves, and connectors. That made it very compatible with the hose I had. I used Teflon tape at each unglued connection. Additionally, I stuck a bit of silicone glue around the junction of the barrel and the shaft of the valve adapter.
