The Democrats Community Reinvestment Act that forced backs to make adjustable, stated income, interest only Etc loans fueled the housing boom that busted in 2005-6. Jul 2nd 2012 5:39PM In the sixties, there was a similar movement into the center cities. It fizzled. I hope this one succeeds. In fill is the best way to urban renewal. Rustbelt cities like Cleveland,Detroit and etc. could be renewed by such a movement. Renovation of old warehouses and demolishing unrepairable structures will do wonders for inner cities withut federal intervention. Do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
