Friends Say 'Bret Michaels' Life Will Change Forever,' No More Partying Like a Rock Star

Apr 26th 2010 10:06AM I CAN ONLY HOPE AND PRAY THAT BRET HAS A SPEEDY RECOVERY. MY DAD HAD A BRAIN ANURISUM AND LOST SHORT TERM MEMORY BUT MAINTAINED LONG TERM MEMORY. I KNOW IT CHANGED HIM AND I CAN ONLY HOPE AND PRAY THAT IT DOESN'T CHANGE BRET TOO MUCH. MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. GOD BLESS AND "NEVER GIVE UP" NO MATTER HOW HARD THE FIGHT MAY SEEM AT THE TIME THERE IS ALWAYS A LITE AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL. GOOD LUCK BRET.

QVC recalls tomato planters due to collapse hazard

Jun 10th 2008 8:05PM I HAVE 4 OF THE ONES FROM QVC AND I ALSO HAVE 4 OF THE ONES FROM TOPSY TURVY. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY ARE THE SAME EXACT THING IN MATERIAL THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS - TOPSY TURVY HAS ONE HOLE ON THE BOTTOM FOR THE PLANT AND THE ONES FROM QVC HAVE ONE HOLE ON THE BOTTOM FOR THE POLE AND 3 HOLES ON THE SIDES FOR THE PLANTS - SAME OPENING - SAME SPONGE TO HOLD THE PLANTS - SAME BLACK RING THAT THE SPONGE SITS IN. QVC recalls tomato planters due to collapse hazard

Jun 10th 2008 7:57PM I HAVE 4 OF THESE AND THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE POLLS THAT CONNECTED AND SCREWED TOGETHER WOULD NOT STAY SO WE PUT DUCK TAPE SO THEY WOULDN'T COME APART AND I BURRIED THE STANDS IN DIRT INSTEAD OF PUTTING ON PATIO. SO FAR MINE ARE BLOOMING AWAY - TOMATOES - SQUASH - BELL PEPPERS - NO PROBLEM. GOT EVERYTING TO SEND THEM BACK BUT HAD THEM ALREADY PLANTED....SORRY EVERYONE IS HAVING SUCH A HARD TIME WITH THESE. Risking Life on Ice

Aug 20th 2007 5:06PM IN RESPONSE TO #22 - AS A MATTER OF FACT I DO NOT HAVE A NICE BUTT. I WEIGH 190 LBS. I JUST HAPPEN TO KNOW HOW TO BE POLITE AND NOT STUCK UP. AND IT WASN'T THAT I WAS BROKE DOWN, OUR LITES WENT OUT AND THEY TRIED TO FIX THEM BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE UNABLE TO. ALL I DID WAS ASK THEM POLITELY IF THEY WOULD SEE IF THEY COULD HELP ME OUT AND I HAD THREE OF THEM ALL SAY YES AT THE SAME TIME. IT'S JUST A MATTER OF RESPECT (AND A NICE SMILE WON'T HURT).

Aug 20th 2007 4:53PM ONE OTHER THING, I WATCHED THE ICE TRUCKERS AND I REALLY ENJOYED THE PROGRAM. AND THE MECHANICS DON'T ALWAYS GET TO GO HOME TO A NICE WARM MEAL AT NITE, IF THERE IS A TRUCKER STUCK SOMEWHERE HE HAS TO GET OUT THERE AND FIX THE TRUCK TO GET IT OFF OF THAT ICE. IT KIND OF MAKES YOU WONDER WHY THEY HAVEN'T THOUGHT OF SOME WAY TO BUILD SOME KIND OF A BRIDGE FOR THOSE GUYS. I HOPE THEY SHOW THE WHOLE PROGRAM AGAIN. I MISSED SOME OF IT.

Aug 20th 2007 4:42PM IN RESPONSE TO #15. I AM SO THANKFUL THAT THESE GUYS ARE ON THE ROAD. ALL THE TRUCKERS I INCOUNTERED ON MY EMERGENCY TRIP TO CALIF TO OKLAHOMA AND BACK, WERE POLITE, VERY HELPFUL, THEY EVEN OFFERED TO FIX THE RENTAL TRUCK I HAD. ALSO, THEY LET YOU KNOW IF YOUR LITES ARE OUT OR IF YOUR CAR IS HAVING A PROBLEM. IF YOU NEEDED HELP THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMEONE TO HELP YOU. THANK GOD FOR TRUCK STOPS AND ALL THE TRUCKERS THAT STOP IN THEM. LADY IN THE BLUE PT CRUSIER WITH HER DAD PS. IF YOUR POLITE TO THEM THEY ARE POLITE TO YOU.
