I have rommers and I dix the meals two a day inclueded in rent. But I also plan the menu I am not a short order cook. So if the meal paosted one week in admvae does not suit your pallent feel free to eat out. The rason for that is the budget foir food however I am a very good cook and the ,meals are restauant quality and very tasty do I seldom have people miss one. We have a large rec room so have fiedns over and if yoiu want to squeeze one or two into your bad have at it-- me I amd going to sleep.

My guess if they can do that the DOT will have to buy it at fair market vlue witch may not get them out of trouble by being upside down on the mortgage. The other option is a walk away.
