YOU DO NOTTTTTTT USE PLASTIC JUGS AS ARM FLOATIES FOR KIDS. THATS DANGEROUS. THE STRING CAN CHOKE THE KIDS.
and besides.
thats seriously really really trashy.
never in my life have i seen someone do that.
and also.
im sure if someone was willing to use milk jugs as arm floats
they wouldnt even care about their kids wearing floaties in the first place.
