Sep 12th 2007 12:52PM Make your own still-point inducer (very relaxing):
1. Get two old tennis balls and a lonely sock.
2. Put tennis balls in sock, all the way to the toe.
3. Tie a knot in the sock just above the balls so they stay together and don't fall out.
4. Lie down on a bed or some other flat, comfortable surface and put this contraption directly behind your ears. One ball should be on each side of your neck.
