Nov 27th 2007 6:45PM Dissolve a tablespoon of table salt in a quart of water put a towel in the solution, leave towel damp, place on windshield, use wipers to hold in place. After use place towel in plastic bag. Recharge by putting a small amount of water in plastice bag with towel.
