Dec 5th 2010 12:14PM This is ridiculous. I love to give! I don't monitor someones age as if it's an obligation. I do it because my heart WANTS to do it. I think some people are more about ME, ME, ME and are always looking for an excuse instead of acknowledging that they are just not thoughtful of others. (A gift does not have to be a material object, either). Have all the education and bills you want, but it doesn't change the fact that you think only of numero uno. That's fine if it works for you, just remember, it goes both ways.
Nov 24th 2010 8:12PM If it now takes a lawsuit to prevent a potential future death, so be it. They charge SO much money for those suites or any seat in the arena for that matter, the least they can do is make it as safe as possible. I don't know the exact circumstances as to why they had a toddler there and I don't care. It doesn't matter. Children at any sporting event are usually glorified by the cameras, etc. It's not un-American to take a child to a sporting event. It's un-American to ignore a safety hazzard for the sake of money. My heart goes out to the family.
Jul 3rd 2010 1:19AM I agree, eat what you enjoy eating on holidays. I don't have any memories of serving santa soy milk and tofu anyways. As for the turkey burgers though, I have to say they are delicious! Just the thought of them used to sound awful to me, like veggie burgers, but my daughter got us to swap ground beef for turkey(most of the time)and I was so pleasantly surprised.
Jun 28th 2010 3:16PM I really hope this trend disappears quickly. Jumpsuits are the sister of overalls. Both are horrible! For one, using a public restroom is so unsanitary, not to mention finding one with the perfect proportion from shoulder to crotch. If it allows you to sit down comfortably you'll have droopy drawers while standing!
May 31st 2010 4:12PM That's how my husband does it and he says anything left after that adds good flavor!
Love your comment!
May 17th 2010 4:40PM This is a very sad story. Life gone in a flash. My condolences to the families of the victims. Depending on the facts yet to be known, the school may have more accountability than anyone cares to admit. As others have commented, sleep deprivation is a very serious impairment. At the schools my niece and nephew attend in Hawaii they do something similar on grad night. all the seniors are taken by BUS to the location of the celebration and are required to be PICKED UP by parents the following morning at the school. This student should not have been allowed to drive after being up all night.
Apr 25th 2010 2:36AM All this talk makes me feel like skipping to the loo, my darlin' !!
Apr 18th 2010 2:07PM Please... I live in LA and 2 mil will not get you a mansion in Hollywood Hills. Besides, why does anyone care about what she does?
Feb 27th 2010 7:58PM My condolences to the Osmond family. To "KKim" (a previous poster), I think what ccorwin meant by "their" hand was that the individual took their own life, not that the parents did it.
Regardless, it was a sincere expression of sympathy.
Jan 27th 2010 4:36PM My heart goes out to you.
