It was able to weigh me, and two friends within +/- 1 lb of what we weigh on a bathroom scale... and it's calculations based on height (normal vs. overweight) seem to be dead on for all of us (they are normal and I'm just a bit overweight).
I've got another set of friends w/ their own Fit who had similar experience--accurate weight and normal/overweight calculations vs "reality".
It even got the weights correct for my two cats (12lbs and 14lbs) ... tho I do admit that Nintendo has clearly dropped the ball as it does not allow for heights under 1'8" so it can not accurate tell me that my bigger cat is overweight.

It's so insanely obvious that this is just an attention grab by this loser, he might as well wear an eff'ing t-shirt that says "I'm suing Nintendo so you'll hear about me"
