Oct 4th 2011 9:48AM GREAT! LOOKING AFTER THE ECOLOGY IS EVERY PERSONS RESPONSIBILITY NO MATTER HOW RICH OR POOR THEY ARE. SOUNDS LIKE HE AND FAMILY WILL REALLY ENJOY. CONGRATS and best wishes for retirmement fulfillment
Mar 27th 2011 9:37AM Humm - why didnt the adults in the room have the metal security latch on the door engaged? when anyone trys to open the door the metal latch stops entry and makes a clanking noise that is in disputable. Adults - take responsibility. I have never been to a ritz-carlton when they did not ask for ID, verbal or visual, before handing out key cards. this story sounds fishy to me.
Mar 13th 2011 8:00AM the Plaza Hotel is awful in 2010-11. Had tea there in OCT and believe you me it isnt what it used to be before the takeover. I was charged for more hot water - whats that all about when you are having tea? 2 of 3 public bathrooms didnt function for hotel guests and the 1 in the basement - the line was a mile long.
take a cue - go to the RITZ just up the block. You wont be sorry
Mar 5th 2011 8:10PM do not buy knockoffs from above. They support drugs, child labor and are poorly constructed. Stay off the interent and stick to the topic. take an ad out!!
Mar 2nd 2011 6:21PM VERY INTRIGUING! She had impeccable taste but of course, a fortune, thru marriage, at her finger tips. All of that is shadowed by the fact she was enamored with Hitler and the Nazi regime. Who would have thought considering how the German Army blundered England! then again she blundered the future king. Very clever!!
Mar 2nd 2011 7:07AM Instead of Bethany being obsessed with her weight and faux breasts, she should be the Mother to Brynn - the mother Bethany claims never to have had. Further, the selfish attitude towards her inlaws and newby husband on Bethany Ever after is so sad. Bethany needs to take a step back and re-evaluate her life. She is on a path to destruction. further, We can all lose weight with 2 assistants and a nanny nurse at our beck and call. However, that is not reality for 90+% of society.
Feb 22nd 2011 7:19PM Thank you to all who support my view with regard to too many gidgets and gadgets. I am an excellent speller - went to Catholic grade school and loved it. At 20, I worked a full time job while going thru night school - the univ system - in just 3.5 years. It was a goal and lots of fun. Have never been without, at least, a part time job. I teach computers, math and logic.
Have you noticed a demise without prayer in school, no pledge of allegience and lack of respect for educators and administers?
How many 1 or no parent families are there? I never would have humiliated my parents. I respected and loved them so much.
Do we continue on the give-away gravy train? Americans, taxpayers - take control and demand parents take responsibility.
Teach responsiilbity by being responsible
Feb 12th 2011 6:33PM sparkling ROSA ROGALE is simply divine. the perfect red any time of the year! Happy "V" Day !!
Feb 11th 2011 3:44PM Take away tv, gidgets, widgets and phones and get back to basics.
underachievers today have 1 parent, no parents and just dont care.
free lunch, free this, free that - its disgusting. I came from a steel workers family and 1 would never humilate the family name. we had core values and religious beliefs. Kids werent having kids in great numbers back then. Welfare for the truly needy not the illegitimates!!
Feb 11th 2011 4:14AM Each Sept I have a cord of wood delivered - this year cherry that was fallen then harvested.
I build a fire nightly around 3 in the afternoon and keep going until about 7. Yes, it certainly does warm the 14x20 family room quite nicely. it is festive, comforting and totally enjoyable. After all, the temp' has been below freezing most of the winter so why not enjoy the ambience of the fire.
do not burn PINE or any item that is not cordwood - for example an old basket. POOF - you will have a house fire. Unbeknowenst to you, it may have a flammable coating - recipe for disaster.
Enjoy a fireplace fire for what it is - comfort in the winter.
