Aug 31st 2013 11:14AM Notice how everyone is smart enough not to go to the north east
Aug 17th 2013 7:15AM yeah Chicago is realllllllll safe. All you have to do is dodge the bullets. Some of those places, most as a matter of fact, are right in blizzard zones which can take a person's life easily. Don't tell me those places are safe because they are not. Whose the idiot that supposedly researched this.
Jul 30th 2013 10:12AM New Orleans has been nothing but a plague and financial burden. Don't spend one more dime to fix what might break again because they are below sea level and should have never been built up in the first place.
Jun 27th 2013 7:19AM Some of you people obviously do not read the whole article but maybe the first sentence then you ignorantly post. THE AREA OF RAMSEY HAS AN ORDINANCE AGAINST THIS PEOPLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Its not about him being disabled or what he wants to do its what no one there is suppose to do. If they don't like it then they should be trying to change the law not breaking it thinking that his disability gives him special treatment.
Jun 24th 2013 7:35AM She may have power of attorney but he has to not be of sound mind in order for her to do anything legally so what is actually going on here. There is more to this story. Maybe the 92 yr old should not be living alone and this is the daughter's way of making sure he does go into assisted living or something that will protect his health. Yes, Something more to this story then what the article is telling us.
Jun 2nd 2013 6:47AM It was not entirely true what they said about a pool. Yes, you can have someone that loves your home and yet won't buy it because they don't want the upkeep or the expense of a pool. You also could have, like I did, a person that was looking for a pool home and sell your home because you have that pool. It pretty much depends on where you live also. If you live in Florida then put the pool in because it can be used almost the whole year and worth the expense to keep it up.
May 11th 2013 6:17AM What a horrid person. She knew exactly what she was doing. As soon as they told him he had dementia she lached on to getting that POA before he could be claimed not able to make decisions. She got everything, insurance, anything he had. There are people out there like this that find someone, anyone to get everything they could out of them. Horrid people but what goes around comes around
May 5th 2013 5:33PM has anyone that lived on that street ever called paramedics, police dept etc for help and did they respond to a street and person that didnt exist on that street. What about the postal service delivering mail to a street that didnt exist????????? There are tons of way these people could win but will take time. Did the city contract to pave the street that didnt exist
Apr 26th 2013 5:48AM Depends on what type of POA was made out. If Durable Power of Atty was done then she would only have the ability to make decisions if he was not able to. Hopefully that is the kind of POA they have.
