Mar 29th 2011 9:56PM I worked with a woman who wanted to be a carpenter she was one of the guys,but, when it came time to lift heavy stuff, walk on a scaffold,dig with a shovel,climb high ladders,crawl under a house with cobwebs and rat poop, hammer left handed,tie things down, or carry plywood ,all of a sudden she couldn't do it and it shouldn't matter. She was paid the same as anyone else but was excluded from the dirty stuff. The Boss was clueless himself and got points for hiring her from his Wife and others while the rest of the crew took up the slack...does that sound fair?
