Feb 23rd 2013 7:52PM Unless there is a clause about such police visits in the lease, I don't think that evictions like this are legal. Anyone can call the police about anybody. A visit is initially an investigation, not conclusive evidence of a crime, and may not result in any charges. If the apartment management really want to keep the riffraff out, then raise the rent.
