Aug 29th 2011 11:29AM The banks are already doing Principal Reduction but in the form of short sales. If the banks are willing to take a reduced amount for a short sale (this is when the current owner needs to get approval from their bank to sell their home for less than the amount due on the mortgage), then why not just reduce the mortgage via Principal Reduction and let people stay in their homes, instead of the short sale scenario, which they approve on a regular basis, where the owner has to sell the house.
Dec 23rd 2010 6:32AM There's no story here. If it wasn't his wife in the video, well maybe then there'd be something there, but still unrelated to sports. Maybe the story should be that Rex has lost enough weight to actually be able to see his toes, never mind his wife's toes!
Nov 23rd 2010 8:40AM I only wish Big Rapist was literate enough to read the comments here and see how he's fooled nobody with his innocent of rape act. He wasn't convicted of anything, that's true, but most people realize it was his money and celebrity that kept him out of the legal system and that he probably paid everyone off to get out of the mess he created. I congratulate you Mr. Seymour for giving Big Rapist the slap most of America wants to give him.
Apr 12th 2010 4:23PM Big Ben did something to this woman, that's for sure. He also lied, as he first claimed she hit her head and that's why she went to the hospital- no head injury found. You'd have to be an idiot to not connect the dots- he paid her off to drop the charges. Duh. Anybody protecting him or advising him isn't doing him any favors. As long as he sees he can get away with his disgusting behavior, he'll continue to do it. He thinks he can constantly play the "I'm a target cause I'm rich & I didn't do anything" card, but that excuse will only get him so far from now on.
Apr 5th 2010 9:33AM Exactly- you read my mind. These models don't need the shapewear at all- show us some full figured girls and what it can do for them.
Mar 30th 2010 2:11PM At least the true americans who protested Rove's appearance didn't bring their guns and ammo, like the unamerican teabaggers like to do.
Mar 25th 2010 12:22PM Hey Justine- Take a chill pill about New Yorkers. We're terrific people with big hearts and a great spirit. We're lucky enough to be exposed to the best of everything in shopping, food and culture, so don't call us trashy because we live here. Seems like you have a bit of an inferiority complex brought on by your misconceptions about NY and it's people. And by the way, the proper way to make fun of our accent is New Yawker, not New Yoirker.
Mar 25th 2010 9:12AM I personally don't read Vogue. I'm a middle class working person who thinks the phony, skinny, photoshopped models they put on their covers are outrageous and have nothing to do with reality. I think it's harmful to project a photoshopped image because young girls will try to attain an unattainable image. And who wears the clothes these broomsticks model? The average person- I don't think so. Vogue seems to be a magazine about fantasy, not about reality. Gabbie is reality and she may not be pretty but at least she's real.
Mar 25th 2010 8:31AM Sad, but he again showed a disregard for the law. Also faulty reasoning skills, as his decision to watch his son play a single game is going to keep him from being with his son for an additional 3 years.
Mar 24th 2010 2:13PM Man- you haters are in a frenzy at this point. You just don't know enough ways to criticize every single thing the president or first family does. I especially enjoyed the comment about how our founding fathers didn't need a security detail. DUH. Your comments are old and tired and uninformed, just like the entire republican party.
