Filming Between the Tracks
May 18th 2007 12:32PM this is a real video of a passing train, an alarmingly unnecessary, yet colossal undertaking. wish i'd had this technology when i was a kid. we put every useless item we could think of, and then procure, on the tracks just to see what happened. we never derailed anything, marshmallows are interesting (faster the train, the better). we learned that pocket change usually sticks to the wheels so that trick tends to be expensive (slower the train, the better), that no one on the outside can hear you when you're inside one of those big tank cars and, coincidentally, what it took to make our mother freak out. good times.
