Services relating to plan goals will be provided primarily in the family home or a setting of the family’s choosing.Mental Health home based services programs combine individual therapy, family therapy, crisis intervention, case management and family collateral contacts. Services provided in a home based program vary from assisting consumers in meeting basic needs such as food, housing and medical care to more therapeutic interventions such as individual or family therapy.
