The Detroit Partnership is a Mafia organization that operates in Detroit and other locations, mainly involved in racketeering, gambling, narcotics and other crimes. It originated from Black Hand extortion rings and bootlegging during Prohibition, and has been led by various bosses such as Angelo Meli, Joseph Zerilli and William Tocco.

Jack Tocco was an Italian-American mobster who led the Detroit Partnership, a criminal organization based in Detroit, Michigan. He had numerous legitimate business holdings and was convicted of extortion, racketeering, and conspiracy in 1998 and 2000.
In 1928, Tocco married Rosalia Zerilli, sister of Joseph Zerilli, [3] and they purchased land in Grosse Pointe Park where they raised their seven children, including Jack Tocco, who would become a feared Detroit mafioso.
