Long-term support may or may not be by the same individuals that designed/coded/installed the system, with questionable support documentation. If you forget to hit Exit, you can always click back in and click Exit which will unlock it. You also don't have to unsign in reverse order if you are going to remove all the signatures from an evaluation. It just ends up requiring you to use the Signature Removal Tool if you go out of order. 5. Critical-Fix-9333.
Login into the Evaluation Entry System here. https://evaluations.hrc.army.mil. On the right side of the page you'll see a button labeled ERS for Evaluation Report System. That will take you into an Oracle based platform. On the left side enter your SSN, DODID, or name and the system will show your evaluation period from start to through (due) date.
I finally got into EES. The problem seems to come from getting all of the DOD certificates to download correctly on the computer. I had to redo this time after time until it finally worked. I've got it running on the Windows 10 system but haven't tried to fix it yet on my windows vista computer.

It’ll ask for your rater/Senior rater personnel info which will then trigger an email notification to them. If you’re unsure who those people are, ask your first line.

captain_carrot. Did HRC move their website to only allow NIPR access now?? I used to have no problem logging into the HRC website (evaluations.hrc.army.mil) from my personal computer using my own CAC reader. The last few days I haven't been able to login unless I'm using a gov't computer connected to a NIPR network.
