HR One Connect is your self-service portal What you can do: Update your address and contact information. Make changes when you experience a Qualifying Life Event, such as marriage, birth of a child or loss of other coverage. Designate your life insurance beneficiary.
Enter your Employee or “E” number in the Username field. Click Continue. You will be directed to the City’s SSO page. If you are an HPD departmental employee, select HPD User@houstonpolice.org, which will redirect you to enter your HPD login credentials. Your login credentials will be the email address and password provided by HPD.
The portal is located at HROneConnect.houstontx.gov. To login in, enter E plus you Employee ID, or your COH email address. Please contact the HITS help desk at 832-394-4487 if you have any problems logging in.
