[4] It is in western Bandera Count at the intersection of Texas State Highway 187 and Ranch to Market Road 337, 30 miles (48 km) west of Bandera, 10 mi (16 km) north of Utopia, [3] 19 mi (31 km) north of Sabinal, 17 mi (27 km) east of Leakey, 43 mi (69 km) southwest of Kerrville, and 80 mi (130 km) west of San Antonio.
