  2. Has anyone recently emailed AA executives? Are any contacts...

Robert Isom is. Of course, your communications have a near 100% chance of going to a staff person anyway. Probably with contacting the owner of the site about the outdated information. I doubt that emails to an exec's address go to a staffer. It's possible that an admin is siftiing through them, but that's not the same as a front line customer ...

  5. customer service email response time? - FlyerTalk Forums

The last time I emailed AA customer service, I received an auto response in about 30 minutes, and a real response 16 hours later. Three weeks sounds unusually long, unless AA gives priority to responses based on elite level and EXPs issues get addressed right away. Aug 22, 2011 | 6:09 pm. # 4.

  6. Is AA Customer Service Really This Bad? - FlyerTalk Forums

Marschel likes this. That would be AAdvantage Customer Service, not the usual reservations number, 800-882-8880. If you think this is bad, try Southwest. At least with AA you get the option of picking a call back time if the queue is long. I have never had a rude encounter with any CSR from AA, Southwest, or Delta.

  7. "AA customer service bonus": 20k? - FlyerTalk Forums

    www.flyertalk.com/forum/american-airlines-aadvantage/...

Well, two of the active promos show up in my account as: "AADV BONUS MILES PROMO - FIRST & BUSINESS" and "NAS16 BNS OFFER BET NA & EUR/UK." If yours (and your wife's) accounts say "CUSTOMER SERVICE BONUS," that's pretty much always compensation due to something going wrong. And 20k miles would have to be for something pretty serious these days ...

American Airlines | AAdvantage - Aadvantage customer service located in Mexico - I have what I feel is a simple issue to be addressed. Have called AA customer service 4 times and each time reached a rep in Mexico. They are very poorly informed. Each time when I called, the response was just to read a script about how
