The number that appears on my check said this routing number is for direct deposit, electronic transfers. So, I figured the one on the check was correct. I entered it into turbo tax deluxe and it accepted it until I got to one of the last pages where you review everything, and it wouldn't let me continue when I clicked the continue button.
Call your bank! Previous posts here are correct: it is the ACH number, not the one for wire transfers. I have found it to be the same routing number used for electronic payments but I would call the bank to be sure. When I had this problem my bank gave me the proper number to use.

You should contact your bank to verify you have the routing number for electronic ACH deposits.
