Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (abbreviated as BSNL) (India Communications Corporation Limited) is an Indian central public sector undertaking under the ownership of Department of Telecommunications, which is part of the Ministry of Communications, Government of India with its headquarters in New Delhi, India.
